Global vs Account Filters

Two levels: Global (all emails) and per-account filters.

Account Filters

cPanel → Email → Filters → Manage for specific account.

Global Filters (WHM)

Apply to all accounts – useful for spam rules.

Common Filter Rules

Spam to Folder

If Subject contains "Viagra" → Deliver to "Spam" folder
If From contains "noreply@bad.com" → Discard
