How to Fix Imunify360 Blocked IP Addresses

What is Imunify360?

Imunify360 is a proactive security suite that blocks IPs exhibiting suspicious behavior.

Unblocking Your Own IP

1. Check Block Status

If you see a "Protected by Imunify360" page, your IP has likely been greylisted.

2. Solve Captcha

Usually, solving the on-screen CAPTCHA will automatically whitelist your IP for the session.

# Common reasons for blocks
- Multiple failed login attempts
- ModSecurity violations
- Port scanning

Whitelisting via cPanel

If available, navigate to the Imunify360 plugin in cPanel to check your incident history.

Tip: Contact support if you are permanently blocked from the firewall.
